The University Library has five library services and one digital unit.

Library - Kjeller

In the library, you will find literature, printing/copying machines, and work areas - both with and without computers. You can also get advice and assistance from the librarians.

The library resources cover the following subjects: Behavioral Science; Health, Nutrition and Leadership; Nursing; Vocational Training, and Product Design. As well as assistance delivered over the counter, we offer courses and counselling in information literacy (how to search for information, EndNote etc.) for both students and staff (mainly in Norwegian). You can also ask a librarian if you require individual guidance.

Library - Sandvika

From autumn 2018 there is no longer a staffed library and self-service pickup shelf at Campus Sandvika. The students at Sandvika will still have access to the University Library but through other services.

The students at Sandvika have:

  • Access to full-text articles, e-books and other resources via the University Library's website.
  • Possibility to order books in Oria from the libraries in Pilestredet or at Kjeller and have them sent home. You can deliver the books at Campus Sandvika.
  • Librarians will still teach at Sandvika in how to find academic literature, referencing and EndNote, after appointment.
  • Access to the physical library services in Pilestredet and Kjeller.
  • Contact with Librarians or the Learning Support Centre via Skype (contact information will be announced).
