Admission to Oslo and Akershus University College
of Applied Sciences (HiOA).
General information
HiOA offers a range of courses taught in English on all levels. Admission to these courses is restricted to students participating in an exchange programme between HiOA and one of our partner institutions (ERASMUS, Nordplus and others).
Please note that Bachelor degrees at HiOA are only offered in Norwegian.
HiOA does not offer any language courses in Norwegian preparing for university studies.
As a state owned institution HiOA do not charge tuition fees. This applies to both Norwegian and international students.
HiOA does not offer any scholarships.
